Eden Therapy Clinic is expanding with the launch of Eden Women’s Beauty, and we are looking for a talented, friendly and ambitious Part-Time Beauty Therapist who would love the opportunity to grow with us.
We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and is confident working across nails, beauty and facial treatments.
The role will include:
Nails \& Beauty
Facial \& Skin Treatments
Additional experience or qualifications in any of the following would be a fantastic advantage:
Microneedling Professional Skin Peels Galvanic Treatments RF / Radio Frequency Facial Electrical Treatments Advanced Facial Treatments LED Light Therapy Microdermabrasion Laser/IPL Advanced Skincare
Experience in Brow \& Lash treatments, professional skincare brands, retail skincare consultations or social media/content creation within the beauty industry would also be an advantage.
These additional skills are not essential, but there will be opportunities to introduce and develop suitable advanced treatments as Eden Women’s Beauty grows.
What we’re looking for
A qualified Beauty Therapist who is professional, reliable and passionate about client care. You should be happy to provide Manicure and Pedicure as a regular part of the role, alongside facial and beauty treatments.
BIAB experience is highly desirable, but we are also open to the right qualified therapist who is willing to undertake further BIAB training and develop her skills.
Working Arrangement \& Commission
This is a part-time, booking-based position with a variable working pattern based on confirmed client appointments and other work agreed in advance.
You will not normally be required to attend the clinic or wait on the premises when there are no confirmed appointments or other agreed work assignments.
Commission structure based on weekly treatment revenue:
All remuneration will be processed through Eden Therapy Clinic payroll and in accordance with applicable Irish employment requirements.
Progressive Commission Structure:
Initial 6-Month Opportunity
The position will begin with an initial six-month development period.
After six months, we will review client demand, bookings, repeat clients, revenue and the overall development of the Beauty Department. The role and remuneration structure will then be reviewed together for the next stage.
