Job Description
You will be responsible in preparing a range of specialty drinks, including espresso-based coffees, filter brews, and traditional matcha beverages such as matcha lattes and usucha, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in every cup.
A key part of the role involves sharing insights with customers about our coffee and matcha, including their origins, flavour notes, and characteristics, to guide and enhance their choices.
You will also be responsible for keeping the bar, equipment, and service areas clean and well-maintained, while working closely with the team to support smooth and efficient daily operations.
