Part-time Barista ( Boujee Coffee )

We are currently seeking part-time barista

Boujee Coffee is a new take away coffee shop located in The Old bank Finglas D11.

We are willing to train in the successful candidate with our roasting partner who has a passion and keen interest in specialty coffee.

This will involve being able to work across different roles in the shops
-Milk steaming
- Shots
-Till

Training provided will be focused on
- Understanding and tasting of espresso which we have on offer
- Latte art (from basic to advanced) / Milk consistency
- Ability to explain to customers what retail beans are best to buy based on their preferences and equipment they use at home

Candidates must be available for rostering Monday-Sunday

Roster times will depend on which days your working.

Typical opening hours between 07:30 - 16:00 Mon-Fri 08:30 - 16:00 Sat \& 08:30 - 14:00 Sun

Job Type: Part-time over 7 days

Responsibilities include:

Dialing in coffee every morning and consistently throughout the day
Keeping up-to-date with our coffee types that we have available.
Educating our customers on coffee types
Keeping the barista area and shop clean, organized and stocked.

Cleaning and maintenance on the coffee machine after closing
Implementing food safety standards (HACCP)
Looking after the cake displays

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: €14.15 per hour depending on experience
