Pan-Asian Head Chef - 5* Hotel - Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled Head Chef specializing in Pan Asian cuisine to join a prestigious international 5★ hotel in Kuwait, supporting a signature restaurant concept.

This role is ideal for a technically strong chef with a deep understanding of Asian culinary traditions, capable of delivering authentic, refined, and consistent dishes within a high-end dining environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in Pan Asian cuisine (Japanese, Thai, Chinese, fusion, etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge of Asian ingredients and cooking methods
• Experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels
• High attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work in structured, fast-paced environments
• Strong team player with leadership capabilities
• Fluency in English required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily kitchen operations within the Pan Asian concept
• Ensure authenticity, precision, and consistency across all dishes
• Support menu execution and ongoing refinement
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
• Lead and train kitchen staff during service
• Ensure smooth coordination during peak service periods
