The role
As our Paid Search \& Account Specialist, you will own both the performance and the relationship for a portfolio of clients. That means two things have to be true: the campaigns need to perform, and the clients need to feel informed, confident, and genuinely looked after.

You will report directly to our Head of Paid Media and work closely with our SEO, web, and strategy teams to deliver integrated digital results.

What you will be doing
Campaign management and performance

  • Build, manage, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads — including Search, Performance Max, Display, and Shopping
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to find growth opportunities others miss
  • Write compelling ad copy and build campaign structures that are clean, logical, and built to scale
  • Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and landing page performance with a commercial eye
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities — and act on them quickly
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, automation developments, and AI-assisted tools that improve performance

Client management and communication

  • Own the client relationship for your portfolio — you are their primary point of contact at CCM
  • Conduct regular account review calls — you need to be confident, clear, and consultative on the phone
  • Translate campaign data into plain-English insights that clients can act on — not just slide decks full of numbers
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client results and present recommendations without being asked
  • Build the kind of trust that turns a 12-month contract into a long-term partnership

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years managing paid search campaigns in a digital agency environment
  • Proven track record of driving strong performance outcomes across Google Ads — you can point to real results
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
  • Confidence managing client relationships — you are comfortable picking up the phone and having a difficult conversation if the results need explaining
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can simplify complex data into a message a non-technical client understands
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball
  • A proactive mindset — you spot a problem or an opportunity before the client does

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Meta Ads, Shopping campaigns, or feed-based advertising
  • CRO and landing page testing experience
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools for optimisation or reporting
  • Performance Max and advanced automation strategies
