Job Description

Job purpose: The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for driving profitable online growth through the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising across marketplace and demand generation channels. This role emphasizes Amazon performance and paid social campaign execution, leveraging a data-driven approach to increase visibility, generate qualified demand, and improve conversion rates and data quality. Through ongoing analysis, reporting, and continuous optimization, the role plays a key part in maximizing ROI and supporting overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Amazon advertising strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display within Seller Central
  • Optimize Amazon product listings, A+ content, and Storefronts to improve visibility, conversion, and overall brand presentation
  • Manage and enhance Amazon product feeds through Rithum, ensuring accuracy, competitive pricing, and inventory alignment
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Eurostaffs using a data-driven, test-and-learn approach
  • Partner with design resources to develop and refine high-performing social ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives
  • Develop and manage retargeting and remarketing strategies across social platforms to support full-funnel performance
  • Collaborate with the Email team to align campaign strategies, messaging, and audience targeting across channels
  • Monitor customer reviews (e.g., BazaarVoice) and incorporate insights and social proof into campaign strategy and creative execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4+ years managing Amazon Advertising and/or marketplace PPC campaigns
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and/or Eurostaffs Campaign Manager
  • Experience with feed management tools (e.g., Rithum) and product data optimization
  • B2B ecommerce or industrial/distribution experience (an asset)
