About the role

Trident Digital is one of the fastest growing marketing agencies for financial advisors and real estate leaders in Singapore. Our clients are top producers in their field, and they measure us on one thing: leads that turn into booked calls and closed business.

This role owns that engine. You’ll lead our ads department from day one, running Meta campaigns end to end across our client accounts, with real budget responsibility and real say in strategy. You’ll work directly with the founder. We’re not hiring someone to press buttons in Ads Manager. We’re hiring someone who wants to own outcomes.

What the setup looks like

You’ll lead a small ads team with different specialist skill sets across media buying, copy and funnels. We serve a growing base of ad clients and we’re scaling fast, which means the team under you grows as we do. Meta is the main channel, YouTube is a plus. Stack includes GoHighLevel. Client accounts and our processes are documented, so you’re not walking into a mess.

What you’ll do

• Own Meta campaigns end to end: strategy, structure, launch, optimisation and scaling
• Make the performance calls: what to turn off, what to scale, what to test next, and explain why
• Direct creative: give the copywriter and creative team briefs so clear they can execute without a second meeting
• Protect the funnel: catch landing page and tracking issues before they waste budget
• Keep clients in the loop: your analysis and recommendations go to clients through our ops team, so clients always know what’s happening and why
• Run the weekly ads huddle and keep every account’s status honest

How you’ll be measured

Steady lead costs across the accounts you manage, fast turnaround on launches and fixes, and accounts kept healthy. If you like being judged on results instead of activity, you’ll enjoy this.

You’ll do well here if you

• Feel personally responsible when a campaign underperforms, before anyone points it out
• Can look at an account and tell a clear story: what’s working, why, and what you’re testing next
• Think in full funnels: ad, landing page, offer, follow up, not just what happens inside Ads Manager
• Communicate clearly and proactively. The team should never have to chase you for an update

This is not for you if you

• Want a quiet execution role where someone else makes the decisions
• Have freelance ad accounts or side hustles competing for your focus. This has to be your main thing
• Report numbers without opinions. “CTR dropped 12%” is data. “CTR dropped because the hook fatigued, and here’s the next test” is the job

No hard feelings either way. Different roles suit different people.
