Paid Ads Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Paid Ads Manager with deep, full-cycle expertise in paid social media advertising. You will own paid acquisition end-to-end across our portfolio ventures—from setting up tracking infrastructure and strategy to creative testing, campaign execution, and scaling ad spend profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Campaign Management: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid social media campaigns from end-to-end (Meta Ads Manager, Eurostaffs Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube/Google Ads, X/Twitter Ads).
• Creative Strategy \& A/B Testing: Partner with copywriters and designers to produce high-converting ad creatives, hooks, and landing pages; execute continuous A/B creative and message testing.
• Budget \& ROI Management: Efficiently manage ad budgets across multiple portfolio ventures, focusing on ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CAC goals.
• Analytics \& Attribution: Implement tracking frameworks (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters) to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
• Portfolio Support: Conduct rapid ad testing to validate market demand for new venture concepts before full launch.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing medium-to-large paid media budgets, specifically focused on paid social advertising.
• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Eurostaffs Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and attribution platforms.
• Data-Driven: Advanced proficiency in web analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel metrics.
• Technical Setup: Practical experience with pixel setup, event tracking, GTM, and CAPI implementation.
• Mindset: Analytical, metric-obsessed, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced multi-venture startup environment.
