The Role

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and personable Overnight Security & Estate Host to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our estate during overnight hours.

This role combines security responsibilities with a strong focus on hospitality and client support. The successful candidate will be presentable, approachable, and confident in resolving issues independently while maintaining a calm and welcoming environment for members and clients.

Flexible, part-time contract at approximately 24-40 hours a week, including weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities

Security & Estate Management

• Secure and lock up all buildings and facilities as required
• Conduct regular patrols of the estate, buildings, and grounds throughout the night
• Monitor access to the estate and respond appropriately to any security concerns
• Act as the main contact for clients for any overnight incidents or emergencies
• Report and log any issues, incidents, or maintenance concerns accurately
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and helpful presence for overnight clients and members, assisting with client enquiries

Operational & Housekeeping Duties

• Carry out general housekeeping and cleaning and tidying duties to maintain high standards
• Ensure shared areas remain clean, presentable, and ready for morning operations
• Assist with basic setup or close down tasks where needed

Skills & Experience

Essential

· Previous experience in security, estates, hospitality, or overnight roles is desirable

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Calm, reliable, and able to work independently overnight

· Excellent attention to detail and awareness of surroundings

· Physically able to carry out patrols and cleaning duties

· Presentable, professional appearance and manner

Desirable

· Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance procedures in hospitality settings.

· A genuine interest in wellbeing, sustainability, and mindful living.

Pay: £12.75 per hour
