We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and personable Freelance Fitness Coach / Bootcamp Trainer to join us as we grow.
This is an opportunity to become part of a new fitness brand from the ground up, delivering fun, energetic outdoor sessions and helping build a strong local fitness community.

What you’ll be doing
As a Thrive Fit Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality outdoor bootcamp sessions to our members.
Your role will include:
- Delivering engaging, energetic and inclusive 40-minute bootcamp sessions.
- Welcoming members and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Coaching exercises clearly and confidently.
- Providing suitable modifications for different fitness levels.
- Motivating members and helping them get the most from each session.
- Creating a friendly environment where beginners feel comfortable.
- Completing basic equipment and safety checks before sessions.
- Setting up and packing away equipment.
- Reporting any incidents, injuries or equipment issues promptly.

- Qualified to deliver fitness/bootcamp sessions.
- Confident leading groups.
- Energetic, positive and approachable.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Passionate about fitness and helping other people succeed.
- A strong communicator.
- Professional and able to maintain appropriate boundaries with members.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Safety-conscious and responsible.
What you’ll need
You will need to have:
- A relevant fitness qualification.
- Appropriate public liability insurance.
- A valid first aid qualification.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Any required safeguarding/DBS checks where applicable.
You will also need to be registered as self-employed and responsible for your own tax and National Insurance arrangements.
Pay: £30.00-£50.00 per hour
