YOUR ROLE

• Perform all aspects of Contract Administration (CA) regarding EMEA customers, including:
  • Download Customer contracts from web portals;
  • Perform contract review according to process documentation;
  • Implement customer prices and schedule agreements in correspondence with Sales and Logistics;
  • Fulfil reporting requirements;
  • Resolve issues with responsible Versigent teams;
• Ensuring all Associate activities are compliant to audit/ SOX requirements;
• Develop and maintain relationship with relevant Versigent teams (regular meetings) to improve information flow;
• Lead issue resolution process, i.e. escalate to responsible Teams and follow-up till closure.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Ability to work very detailed and meticulous while performing routine jobs requiring concentration;
• Proactive, customer orientated with intercultural competence;
• Good communication skills with people on the phone and email;
• Very good command of English language (spoken and written);
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel);
• Experience in working in a multinational company would be an asset.
