Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations, delivering scalable and business-aligned solutions for enterprise and government clients.
This client-facing role requires strong functional expertise across Oracle SCM modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:
- Order Management \& Pricing
- Inventory Management
- Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing)
- Supply Chain Planning
- Product Hub (PIM)
- Design and configure pricing rules, fulfillment orchestration, inventory structures, procurement workflows, and planning processes.
- Lead data migration activities using FBDI and Oracle Cloud tools.
- Support integrations between Oracle SCM and Oracle Financials.
- Develop functional design documents, test scripts, training materials, and deployment plans.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and solution optimization recommendations.
- Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation.
Required QualificationsExperience
- 10+ years of Oracle SCM implementation experience.
- Minimum 6 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
- Proven end-to-end implementation experience across:
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing)
- Supply Chain Planning
- Product Hub (PIM)
- Experience working within a consulting or system integrator environment.
- Strong client-facing experience leading workshops, CRPs, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Experience with SCM-to-Financials integration processes.
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Oracle Order Management and Pricing Cloud.
- Strong Inventory Management experience, including costing, lot/serial tracking, cycle counting, and inter-organization transfers.
- End-to-end Procurement implementation experience.
- Hands-on Supply Chain Planning configuration experience.
- Product Hub (PIM) expertise including item classes, EFF attributes, catalog management, and item lifecycle processes.
- Experience with FBDI templates, REST/SOAP web services, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Financials integration, including AP, AR, GL, and Cost Management.
Certifications
Mandatory:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Implementation Professional Certification (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, or Planning).
Preferred:
- Additional Oracle Fusion SCM Certifications.
- Oracle Financials or Oracle PaaS Certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud.
- Exposure to Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) Cloud.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Experience in Government, Healthcare, or Public Sector projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly update and release management processes.
