Key Responsibilities:
1-Manage and oversee the operations of the General Cargo Haul Fleet.
2-Assume full responsibility for the overall operation of services under the contract across all operating areas.
3-Lead and supervise transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
4-Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet performance and resource utilization.
5-Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, HSE standards, and company policies.
6-Coordinate with clients and internal departments to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
1-Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Logistics and Transportation Management.
2-Proven experience in managing General Cargo Haul Fleet Operations.
3- Experience managing transportation operations across multiple locations and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
4- Experience managing transportation service contracts and leading operational teams to achieve business and performance objectives.
5-ARAMCO transportation project experience is preferred.
6-Strong leadership, planning, and operational management skills.
7-Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
