About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and digitally confident Operations \& Marketing Supervisor to join our specialist business on a maternity cover contract.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business, while helping grow and maintain our online presence. The role combines digital marketing, website management, customer service and business operations.
We support individuals experiencing hair loss and physical changes due to cancer treatment, alopecia and other conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations \& Team Support
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the business
- Support staff scheduling and daily workflow
- Support staff needs, listen to concerns and help resolve issues in a professional and constructive manner
- Prepare reports for management and team meetings
- Maintain high customer service and presentation standards
- Support stock coordination and ordering
- Assist with appointment scheduling and diary management
- Help organise promotions, events and business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales
Digital Marketing \& Website
- Manage and update our website (WordPress)
- Upload and maintain products, pricing, images and descriptions
- Support website, email and social media content updates
- Help manage social media and digital marketing activity
- Maintain consistent branding and presentation online
- Monitor online enquiries and support e-commerce activity
- Track product performance and manage Google Ads
The Ideal Candidate
- Third level qualification in management, marketing, business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience, minimum 2 years)
- Warm, professional communication style
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong IT skills
- Experience updating and managing websites (e-commerce preferred)
- Understanding of SEO and website optimisation
- Confident using spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
- Social media and digital marketing experience
- Experience with CRM or appointment management systems (e.g. Pabau, Phorest or similar) is advantageous.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Contract: Mid-June 2026 – March 2027 (with potential for extension)
