Operations Manager

Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait

Gym Equipment Store is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to manage the company’s daily operations and ensure that all departments complete their responsibilities properly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across sales support, warehouse, logistics, deliveries, installation, and maintenance.
• Supervise employees, assign tasks, set deadlines, and follow up until completion.
• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through delivery, installation, and collection.
• Monitor inventory, spare parts, incoming shipments, and stock movements.
• Follow up on maintenance requests, technician schedules, and customer complaints.
• Monitor pending quotations, orders, contracts, and payments.
• Improve internal procedures, reporting, and accountability.
• Submit a clear weekly operations report to management.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of relevant operations management experience.
• Proven experience managing employees and multiple departments.
• Experience in trading, distribution, contracting, equipment, or maintenance companies is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel, inventory control, logistics, and operational reporting.
• Fluent English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Kuwait is preferred.
• Transferable Kuwait residency.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary based on experience. No sales commission.

Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
