Are you a results-driven operations professional with a passion for retail, logistics, and building efficient systems?

Farah Home is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end operations across our warehouse, retail branches, and pop-up locations while supporting business growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, and stock accuracy.

Oversee stock replenishment across our warehouse, retail branches, and seasonal mall/exhibition locations.

Supervise order fulfillment, quality control, packing, and delivery readiness while maintaining Farah Home's packaging standards.

Ensure smooth operational support for all branches and pop-up locations.

Coordinate stock transfers based on sales performance and demand.

Develop and implement operational procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.

Lead, train, and manage warehouse, packing, and operational teams.

Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure inventory readiness for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.

Identify operational improvements that positively impact sales and business performance.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Management, Retail Operations, or E-commerce Logistics.

Experience managing multiple branches, stores, or pop-up locations is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment.

Previous experience leading and developing operational teams.

Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with inventory systems; Shopify and Odoo experience is an advantage.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to improve operational efficiency and business growth.

Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Must be currently based in Kuwait with flexibility to travel between company locations.
