Operations Manager

BEBAX COFFEE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our cafe operations across Dubai. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing multiple locations and franchise brand standards while delivering an exceptional coffee and customer experience.

About the Role:

The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations, ensure consistency across all outlets, optimize efficiency, and support the growth of the BEBAX COFFEE brand throughout Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across multiple cafe locations and franchise outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

- Maintain brand standards, quality, and consistency across all locations.

- Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve operational and sales targets.

- Monitor inventory, supply chain, and cost control to maximize profitability.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Support the opening and setup of new locations and franchise expansions.

- Manage budgets, staffing, and scheduling across sites.

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager.

- Prior experience in the cafe, coffee shop and food \& beverage industry is essential.

- Experience managing multiple locations or a franchise brand.

- Must hold a valid driving license.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and team management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

- Develop and Impliment new product.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month
