Job Description
As an Operations Delivery Analyst, you will act as the operational subject matter expert across payment, settlement and trading processes, developing a deep understanding of systems, workflows and risks. You will work closely with Product and Technology teams to shape requirements, capture assumptions and edge cases, and support delivery through development and testing. The role owns operational test planning, last‑mile and pilot testing in UAT and production, and post‑release checks to ensure new features launch safely with no negative impact to clients or the business. You will proactively identify issues, prioritise and triage bugs, propose practical workarounds, and drive continuous improvement by strengthening operational processes and documentation. Success in this role comes from strong attention to detail, effective cross‑functional collaboration, and sound judgement in balancing quality, speed and delivery outcomes.
Act as an operational subject matter expert, ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date and fit for delivery and support * Partner with Product and Technology teams to define requirements, surface risks and assumptions, and ensure edge cases are identified and addressed * Support Product and Tech teams throughout development and testing phases, helping to unblock issues and clarify operational requirements * Create and maintain Operations Delivery documentation, including test plans, test scripts and execution evidence * Coordinate closely with Product Owners and Agile Delivery Managers to plan and execute testing efficiently, ensuring fast feedback post‑release * Own and deliver ‘last‑mile’ testing, check‑out and pilot activities in UAT and production to ensure releases land safely * Conduct post‑release checks to confirm core business functions are operating as expected * Analyse defects and issues, working with Product to prioritise fixes and proposing pragmatic workarounds where appropriate * Lead continuous improvement activity by tracking recurring system or process issues, driving root‑cause analysis and supporting medium‑term resolution * Work with global Operations teams to support smooth implementation through training, product guides, feature demos and feedback sessions
We require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
This is a hybrid position, with the expectation being 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.
