Operations Coordinator – Bike Tours & Rentals

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee our Bike Tours \& Rentals operations. This role involves managing daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and coordinating logistics to deliver memorable outdoor adventures. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for hospitality and outdoor recreation. Experience in guest services, or hospitality industries such as restaurants or hotels is highly desirable. Duties

• Coordinate daily operations of bike tours and rental activities, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction
• Manage bookings, reservations, and scheduling to optimize resource utilization and guest flow
• Assist guests with inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and upsell additional services or products when appropriate
• Collaborate with team members to ensure organizational efficiency and high-quality guest experiences
• Manage time effectively to meet operational deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

• Fluent english
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, and team members
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in outdoor recreation or cycling industry is a plus but not required
