Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain purchase order to suppliers
  • Perform inventory control and monitor stock movement
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the purchasing department
  • Monitor stock status with the suppliers to ensure on-time delivery date
  • Perform timely inventory planning to ensure order fulfilment on customers’ orders
  • Co-ordinate with freight forwarders for incoming shipments delivery
  • Reconcile shipping invoices and relevant documents to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in administrative work such as processing sales invoices etc
  • All other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Managers

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
  • High level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of purchasing experiences, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
