This role involves leading daily production activities to support GreenRoute's supply chain for fast-moving consumer goods. The ideal candidate will improve processes, manage teams effectively, ensure timely product delivery, and drive operational efficiency under pressure, contributing to the company's sustained growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day factory operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet consumer demand.Lead and supervise production teams, conduct performance evaluations, and deliver training to enhance skills and ensure compliance with safety protocols.Monitor inventory levels, implement quality control measures, and manage equipment maintenance to minimize disruptions and uphold product standards.Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to align production timelines with distribution requirements for super shops and retail partners.Analyze production data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies, introduce cost-saving initiatives, and prepare reports for senior management.Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental regulations, and industry standards promote sustainable practices.Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to the Managing Director, highlighting key activities, challenges, and achievements.Manage vendor relationships for raw materials and machinery, negotiating contracts to optimize costs without compromising quality.Handle crisis management, such as equipment breakdowns or supply shortages, to maintain operational continuity.ExperienceAt least 2- 3 years of experience in Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies.Applicants of any gender are welcome to apply.Applicants age must be within 28-40 years.Preferred degrees are Bachelor in any discipline, At least Bachelors degree in management, finance or any other relevant discipline.Experience must be within 2-3 years.Requirements Experience: 3 to 5 years Education: Skills: Operational Planning, Operational, Risk Management Quality Assurance, Workflow optimization, Inventory & Materials Management, Equipment & Preventive, Maintenance Vendor & Supplier Management Last Date of Application: 31 May 2026
