Operation Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Riyadh indoor family park.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily park operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse operations team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and company operating standards.
• Monitor park cleanliness, attraction readiness, and facility maintenance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and operational budgets while controlling costs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support events, promotions, birthday parties, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, retail, leisure, or family entertainment industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Family Entertainment Centers, theme parks, indoor playgrounds, amusement parks, hospitality, or large retail operations are highly encouraged to apply.
