Your Tasks
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and records.
Support procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
Issue PO/PR.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Issue Operators /Welders ID's \& Certificates
collect monthly timesheets (TS) and send to the accounting team
Your Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office , Operations Management, or a related field.
Min 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM platforms.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or compliance standards.
