6F, 8F, TWO IFC, 10 Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea Manage month-end close activities and take full ownership of assigned General Ledger (G/L) accounts*

* Coordinate with and provide guidance to GBS partners (Genpact Dalian) to ensure journal entries comply with Otis Accounting and Finance policies

* Ensure all financial transactions and records adhere to Internal Control requirements, including SOX compliance

* Perform clean-up and analysis of aging subledger items

* Prepare, review, and maintain accurate account reconciliations for assigned accounts

* Support tax invoice processing and VAT reconciliation activities

* Assist with internal and external audit processes, including preparation of documentation and audit support

* Collaborate closely with business functions (e.g., NE, MoD, SVC) and backend finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and effective financial reporting

* Actively participate in and support finance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

* Bachelor’s degree or above.

* 2–5 years of experience in Multinational companies, Accounting or Finance preferred

* Intermediate or advanced accounting knowledge of Accounting Principles and/or Tax

* Knowledge of internal controls framework, SOX, and/or Audit

* Proficient in verbal/written English

* Advanced skill in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)

* Strong responsibility

* In compliance with company ethical values and policy \& procedures

* Strong communication skill with business division and other supporting functions
