About the Roles

We are seeking an Onsite Handpull Noodle Specialist within the F\&B industry, based in a Central location. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 45-hour weekday work week. The position offers a competitive package including Basic salary, AWS, Allowance, and Performance Bonus, making it a strong opportunity for individuals skilled in traditional noodle craftsmanship. You will be responsible for preparing and showcasing live hand-pulled noodle (La Mian) demonstrations while supporting daily kitchen operations and maintaining high culinary standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform live hand-pulled noodle (La Mian) demonstrations at the noodle station.
• Prepare fresh noodles by hand, ensuring consistent texture, thickness, and portion control.
• Maintain sufficient noodle production to support daily kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on noodle preparation, broth, toppings, and dish assembly.
• Produce a variety of noodle styles in line with menu requirements.
• Store noodles and ingredients correctly to maintain freshness and quality.
• Uphold strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
• Guide kitchen staff on basic noodle handling and proper storage methods when required.
• Engage professionally with diners during live preparation sessions where applicable.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior hands-on experience in hand-pulled noodle / La Mian preparation is required.
• Experience in Chinese cuisine or related noodle preparation is an advantage.
• Proven ability to prepare dough and hand-pull noodles consistently to standard.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a kitchen team.
• Responsible, diligent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced F\&B environment.
