Salary: 2500 to 3000 AED per month

Job description

Online Sales

· Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms, company website, and social media pages.

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, website, and social media platforms.

· Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.

· Coordinate with delivery and operations teams regarding customer orders.

· Maintain records of online sales, customer databases, and order tracking.

· Monitor competitor pricing and current market trends.

Digital Marketing

· Plan and execute online marketing campaigns through social media and digital platforms.

· Create and publish promotional content including product posts, offers, banners, and advertisements.

· Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers for marketing materials and product presentations.

· Improve brand awareness and customer engagement through creative marketing campaigns.

· Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and prepare reports.

Website \& Marketplace Management

· Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images on the company website and online marketplaces.

· Ensure products are presented accurately and attractively online.

· Coordinate with IT teams or web developers for website updates and maintenance.

Requirements

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in online sales and digital marketing, preferably in furniture or retail industry.

· Good knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Ability to commute/relocate:
