Responsibilities

• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
• Create a supportive environment that encourages active participation and confidence building
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special educational needs or varying learning styles
• Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, and student progress in the platform’s system
• Communicate clearly with students and parents (when applicable) to set expectations and celebrate achievements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English, especially in an online setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with learners of diverse backgrounds and ages
• Experience working with children or in special education environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of effective teaching strategies for language acquisition and learner engagement
• Ability to adapt lessons for different skill levels and individual needs
