Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 42 years
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be proficient with the following software/tools like- Word, Outlook, Excel, and Accounting Software
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, voucher preparation, and maintaining petty cash.
  • Coordinate with various departments for budget tracking, billing, and financial queries.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, TALLY Prime and financial reporting standards.
  • Explain billing invoice and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
  • Ensure date record in accounting software.
