Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Masters
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software is a strong advantage.
  • Strong observational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and field inspections.
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 24 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct regular market visits to collect and verify rates for RM, PM, and technical materials.
  • Benchmark prices across local and wholesale markets.
  • Monitor spot purchases to ensure quality and fair pricing.
  • Process and verify TA/DA bills for field visits.
  • Cross-check vendor payments in Tally for accuracy.
  • Inspect stock at SDB and support inventory audits.
  • Review and physically inspect damaged or burned goods.
  • Visit transport workshops/vendors for quotations and service checks.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
