As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with at least 2 years of office administration or office management experience. This is a hands-on role that supports the day-to-day running of our office and assists multiple areas of the business, including administration, customer service, purchasing, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and business correspondence
  • Maintain office systems, records, and filing processes
  • Assist with inventory, purchasing, and supplier communications
  • Support customer enquiries and order administration
  • Process invoices and assist with accounts administration
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment requirements
  • Support management with reporting and general business tasks
  • Ensure efficient communication across departments

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude with a proactive, can-do approach
  • Experience in manufacturing, food production, wholesale, or FMCG industries is advantageous

Pay: $79,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
