Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Assistant to manage the data flow between our new online community and our core CRM.
  • As our community grows, you will make sure customer records and subscription statuses remain accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in related professional work
  • High proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and/or Excel (Data validation, Pivot tables, Formula usage)
  • Ability to work with raw datasets
  • Intermediate English Level
  • Strong communication skills for effective team coordination
  • Ability to handle routine data tasks with high precision and consistency
  • Ability to commute to our Nihonbashi office

Scheduling Details

  • Monthly Work Shifts : Submitted in advance before the start of each month
  • Working Schedule: Typically 9am-6pm
  • Working time: 8h working, 1h break time, 5 days/week
  • Remote Work: Available after probation period (Typically, 2 days/week OK)
  • Probation period: Up to 6 months

  • Paid leave: 10 days granted after 6 months of employment, with additional days based on years of service
