About The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover basis.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to support several areas of the business, including general office administration, PA support to company directors, accounts administration and HR administration.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and confident managing a varied workload with the ability to work indecently whilst being a proactive member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with general accounts administration.
- Provide day-to-day admin support to the business.
- Manage general office duties including calls, emails, supplies and deliveries.
- Maintain company fleet and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Taking and producing meeting notes, with the potential of attending client meetings.
- Assist with preparation of reports, bids and other documents.
- Formatting of reports and bids.
- Monitoring company director’s emails and responding to requests promptly.
- Diary management.
- Book and organise travel and accommodation needs.
- Filing and document management.
- Assist with HR administration, including; Preparing employment documentation. Maintaining employee records. Assisting with recruitment administration. Supporting onboarding for new employees. Monitoring holiday records and absence reporting. Assisting with training records and HR documentation. Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the business.
About You:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive, reliable and willing to get involved across different areas.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint etc.).
- Experience in ISO compliance would be preferred, but not essential.
