Job Description

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a capable and organised Office Administrator to support our Office Manager and keep operations running smoothly.

The Role

This is a hands-on administration role in a fast-paced trade environment. You will play a key part in supporting job coordination, customer communication and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and managing customer enquiries

Booking and scheduling jobs

Managing email inboxes

Preparing jobs for invoicing

Quote follow-ups and customer “happy calls”

Maintaining accurate job and compliance records

Requirements

Strong administration experience

Excellent communication skills

High attention to detail

Organised and able to prioritise

Confident using computer systems and software

Experience in a trade or service business (highly regarded)

Must be based in Europa with full rights to work full time without sponsorship or visas
