Position Overview The Program Manager plays a critical role in planning, governing, and delivering complex, global initiative(s) that support business growth and transformation. This role is responsible for program coordination and execution across multiple technical workstreams, cross‑functional global teams, and external partners, with firm, non‑negotiable go‑live timelines and enterprise visibility. This position emphasizes hybrid and traditional program management disciplines, strong governance, structured planning, and leadership‑level communication. This role will act as key liaison between Korea-based Business Team members in coordination with Global PMO, Global and Regional IT teams, Organizational Change Management teams, and various program stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesProgram \& Delivery Management* Coordinate and execute as key participant within global program and multiple interdependent technical workstreams from initiation through go‑live and stabilization. * Apply hybrid / traditional program management methodologies, selecting the best‑fit approach while executing to IT PMO standards. * Manage deliverables with firm go-live dates, ensuring readiness, cutover coordination, and risk mitigation across all workstreams. * Maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
Cross‑Functional \& Global Coordination* Partner with global business, IT, and operations teams across regions and time zones to drive alignment and execution. * Coordinate and/or participate in delivery across multiple functions such as D365, DTC, data migration, integrations, infrastructure, analytics, OCM, and reporting. * Work closely with external vendors and system integrators to ensure accountability, transparency, and delivery commitments are met.
Governance, Risk \& Stakeholder Management* Operate within strong program governance, including status reporting, decision tracking, and escalation management. * Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate clearly and early when required. * Provide clear, executive‑level communication to Business, IT, and Leadership stakeholders with global visibility. * Prepare and deliver high‑quality status updates, executive briefings, and decision decks.
Leadership \& Communication* Demonstrate confidence and professionalism when engaging with senior leaders, and steering committees. * Influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse, global teams. * Lead structured discussions, leadership readouts, and program reviews with clarity and credibility.
Required Skillsets
Education* Bachelor’s degree required.
