Job Description:
Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with unit goals, standards, and assigned shift duties
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes impacting care
Ensure accurate patient handover, follow doctor’s orders, and report incidents
Conduct patient rounds, reassess care plans, and prioritize based on patient needs
Assist doctors during rounds and procedures while providing patient support
Execute treatment plans and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and health management
Support unit operations, including administration and coverage in the Unit Manager’s absence
Ensure accurate billing for procedures, equipment, and consumables
Maintain adequate stock and ensure sterility and safety of supplies
Requirement:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Post-basic or specialist certification in a relevant field (BLS, ACLS, MTLS, PALS and NRP)
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
