Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with unit goals, standards, and assigned shift duties
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes impacting care
- Ensure accurate patient handover, follow doctor’s orders, and report incidents
- Conduct patient rounds, reassess care plans, and prioritize based on patient needs
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures while providing patient support
- Execute treatment plans and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
- Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and health management
- Support unit operations, including administration and coverage in the Unit Manager’s absence
- Ensure accurate billing for procedures, equipment, and consumables
- Maintain adequate stock and ensure sterility and safety of supplies
Requirement:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Post-basic or specialist certification in a relevant field (BLS, ACLS, MTLS, PALS and NRP)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
