A leading Home Healthcare Company is urgently hiring qualified and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our growing team.
Open Positions \& Salary
- Female Newborn Caregiver – AED 3,500
- Male Registered Nurse (BSN) – AED 4,000
- Male Caregiver – AED 3,250
- Male Practical Nurse (PCL) – AED 3,500
- Male General Nursing \& Midwifery (GNM) – AED 3,750
- Male Registered Nurse (RN) with DHA Eligibility/License – AED 4,000 + AED 1,000 DHA Allowance
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in home healthcare settings.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Educate patients and family members on health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and changes in condition.
- Follow infection control protocols and healthcare safety standards.
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/Caregiving (as applicable).
- Valid Nursing Registration/License from home country.
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility is preferred for RN positions.
- Home healthcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Male candidates only for nursing positions.
- Female candidates only for the Newborn Caregiver position.
- Physically fit and willing to work in home healthcare environments.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
