Nurse Assistant / Caregiver – Private Home Job Type: Full-Time

Employment Type: Live-in Salary: 2000AED to 2500AED

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and experienced Nurse Assistant/Caregiver to provide dedicated care and support for an elderly gentleman in a private home.

The ideal candidate should be patient, respectful, trustworthy, and comfortable assisting with his daily personal care, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and general wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide attentive and respectful day-to-day personal care and assistance

● Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene

● Help with walking, moving, transferring, and positioning safely

● Prepare and/or assist with meals and ensure adequate hydration

● Assist with eating when required - Give medication as instructed by the family or healthcare professional and provide medication reminders

● Monitor general wellbeing and report any changes in condition to the family

● Accompany him to medical appointments when required - Keep his room, personal area, and belongings clean and organized

● Assist with changing bed linens and maintaining a comfortable environment

● Provide companionship and emotional support - Assist with daily activities and ensure his safety at home

● Follow any care instructions provided by doctors, nurses, or family members - Maintain a clean, calm, respectful, and safe environment at all times Requirements

● Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Caregiver, or similar role - Experience caring for elderly or dependent individuals preferred

● Basic knowledge of personal care and safe patient handling - Good communication skills - Patient, caring, trustworthy, and responsible personality

● Able to work independently and follow care instructions - Able to recognize and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition

● First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage - Relevant nursing/caregiving qualifications are an advantage Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: - Kind and compassionate ● Patient and respectful - Honest and reliable - Clean and well-presented
