Job OverviewAlways Canada Group is actively recruiting Bilingual Registered Nurses (RNs) for premier healthcare employers across Canada. We are looking for skilled nurses who can seamlessly deliver patient care in both official languages while fast-tracking their pathway to Canadian permanent residency.Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered clinical care in both French and English.
• Conduct medical assessments, record patient histories, and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and carry out specialized treatment plans safely.
• Act as a linguistic asset, assisting with translations or communicating with Francophone patients and families when required.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Language (Mandatory): High proficiency in both French and English (ability to pass approved language tests like TEF/TCF and IELTS/CELPIP for immigration pathways).
• Licensing: Valid RN license, or clear eligibility to register with a provincial Canadian nursing regulatory body (e.g., CNO, BCCNM).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or recognized Diploma in Nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of recent clinical experience.
• Certifications: Current BLS or ACLS certification.
