Non-Clinical Information Administrator

Severn Hospice is a special place to work, and we have an opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join our team.

Playing an important role in supporting our fundraising, retail and lottery teams, you will help ensure supporter and organisational information remains accurate, up to date and fit for purpose. Working closely with colleagues across Income Generation, you will provide administrative support that helps maintain high-quality data and supports the smooth running of our fundraising and supporter services activities.

Day to day, you will update and maintain supporter records, carry out data quality checks, assist with data imports and transfers, prepare communications and help manage information across a range of Hospice systems. You will also support colleagues by responding to routine enquiries, helping with support tickets and assisting with administrative activities across the wider team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working accurately with information, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. You will be confident organising your workload, following procedures and communicating with supporters and colleagues by telephone, email and in person. Experience of administration, databases or customer records would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.

The role will involve working across our Apley Castle and Bicton Heath sites, so you will need a full and valid driving licence or the ability to travel between locations when required.
