Your role

As a Spa Therapist, you will be at the heart of our wellness experience, delivering high-quality treatments while creating a calm, welcoming, and deeply personalized journey for each guest.

What you will do:

• Perform a variety of treatments (massages, body rituals, facials) to the highest standards
• Create a relaxing and mindful environment for guests
• Understand individual needs and tailor each experience accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and wellness standards in all spa areas

Who we’re looking for:

• Certified Spa Therapist with relevant qualifications
• Passion for holistic wellbeing and guest care
• Warm, intuitive, and professional approach
• Strong attention to detail and team spirit

Requirements:

• Passion for wellness, holistic therapies, and luxury hospitality service
• Strong attention to detail with excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
• Proactive, calm, and guest-focused attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in 5 hotels, luxury spas, or wellness retreats
• Recognized qualification in massage therapy / spa therapies
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Solid knowledge of hygiene, safety, and spa protocols
• Valid EU / Spain work permit
