Patrolling:
- Conducting regular patrols within the store premises to prevent shoplifting and ensure the safety of personnel.
- Monitoring surveillance equipment to maintain the security of the property.
- Escorting deliveries to the basement loading bay according to the delivery process.
- Preventing the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
Checking:
- Conducting checks on staff bags, purses, pockets, and lockers for suspicious items.
- Complying with legal requirements and conducting frequent STEB bag checks for breaches.
Guarding (Loss Prevention):
- Preventing losses and damages by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures.
- Overseeing daily retail operations from a security perspective.
- Guarding against theft and maintaining security by looking out for potential thefts.
- Reporting rule infractions and violations.
- Apprehending criminals and evicting violators.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, including interviewing witnesses and obtaining signatures.
Security Monitoring:
- Analyzing current theft and contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Investigating thefts and filing police reports.
Others:
- Conducting security training for new staff and promoters.
- Overseeing the daily operations of outsourced security personnel.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Good organizing and planning skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong understanding of building \& regulatory compliance requirements
- Good initiative, dependable, energetic and team player
- Good time management skill Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal \& communication skills
Perm Night Shift Working Hours:
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
