Bartender – The Restaurant at Unsworth Vineyards

We are looking for a experienced, confident Bartenders to join our reopening team at The Restaurant at Unsworth Vineyards.

This role is primarily bartending, with strong serving skills as a key secondary strength. You will craft exceptional cocktails, pour our award-winning estate wines, and deliver outstanding hospitality while also supporting the floor when needed. You’ll be part of building a refined yet warm guest experience rooted in our taste of place philosophy.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Serving It Right certificate (required)
• Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or wine-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Confidence executing consistently in a fast-paced setting
• Professional, calm presence and genuine hospitality instincts
• An understanding of or real interest in Pacific Coast food, drink, and cocktail culture
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
• Availability including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 20 lbs, high mobility, continuous standing/walking.

We are hiring energetic and reliable Support Staff (Host, Busser, Food Runner, Bar Back) to join our reopening team.

In this role you’ll help create a smooth, welcoming experience for our guests while supporting our front-of-house and bar team in a beautiful vineyard setting.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous restaurant experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and guest service instincts
• Availability including evenings and weekends
• Serving It Right certificate is an asset
