We are looking for an experienced NetApp Storage Administrator to manage, support, and maintain enterprise storage environments. The role will be responsible for storage administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, incident resolution, and supporting storage infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for storage infrastructure issues and perform advanced troubleshooting.
• Handle complex storage incidents and support problem resolution activities.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage storage availability, performance, capacity planning, and optimization activities.
• Coordinate with technology partners and service providers for issue resolution.
• Support storage changes, upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Manage storage incidents, service requests, and operational improvements.
• Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot storage hardware issues and coordinate onsite support when required.
• Prepare operational reports and participate in technical reviews and service meetings.
• Maintain storage documentation, procedures, and knowledge repositories.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, operational guidelines, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, operational processes, and quality requirements.
• Review incident trends and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise storage administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetApp Storage Administration.
• Experience managing enterprise storage platforms such as:
• NetApp Storage Arrays
• Dell EMC PowerMax / PowerStore / Unity
• Hitachi Storage
• IBM Storage Solutions
• Strong understanding of SAN and NAS environments.
• Experience with storage provisioning, including:
• Creating and managing volumes and LUNs
• Host mapping and LUN masking
• Snapshot creation and management
• Storage allocation and decommissioning
• Experience with storage performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity management.
• Hands-on experience with SAN switches including Cisco and Brocade.
• Knowledge of Fibre Channel concepts, HBA configuration, and multipathing technologies.
• Experience with storage firmware upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of storage replication and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot storage hardware and software-related issues.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux environments.

Technical Expertise

• NetApp ONTAP storage administration and management.
• SAN/NAS storage architecture and operations.
• Storage provisioning and configuration management.
• RAID, disk groups, storage pools, and performance tuning.
• LUN creation, expansion, migration, and management.
• Snapshot and replication technologies.
• Fibre Channel zoning and switch configuration.
• Storage monitoring and management tools.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions and storage replication technologies.
• Storage capacity forecasting and planning.

Additional Requirements

• Good understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL knowledge preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers and large-scale IT environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure operations and managed services environments is preferred.
