.Net Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in the insurance industry to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications that support core insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, system integration, API development, and insurance business processes such as policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and customer management.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services to support digital insurance platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
• Integrate internal systems with third-party insurance platforms, payment gateways, CRM systems, and regulatory services.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Work closely with QA teams during SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment guides.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and insurance regulatory requirements.
