NEMT Dispatch/Office Coordinator

Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager / Dispatcher who can wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, tech-savvy, and able to communicate clearly with drivers, facilities, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily transportation dispatch operations
• Schedule and communicate trips with drivers and facilities
• Answer phones and provide professional customer service
• Handle office administration and organizational tasks
• Assist with building and promoting the Gulf Coast Transit Solutions brand
• Maintain trip logs, records, and scheduling systems
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts when needed
• Help improve workflow efficiency and operational organization
• Monitor driver communication and route updates throughout the day
• Assist leadership with growth initiatives and community outreach

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience preferred
• Experience in transportation, logistics, healthcare, or NEMT is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, email, and phone communication
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Social media or branding/marketing experience is a plus
• Management or office administration experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
