The Role

As part of our team, you'll be an expert for customers navigating their natural health options. You'll bring warmth, knowledge, and confidence to every conversation — whether it's recommending a supplement, explaining a herbal remedy, or simply listening.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering personalised, evidence-informed advice to customers
• Building genuine expertise across our product range

Requirements

• Qualified Naturopath
• Member of relevant professional association (listed under the TGA)
• Clinical experience welcomed
• A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Based in Victoria with full working rights in Australia
