Nature's Varierty - Global Marketing Trainee

Your Role

We are looking for a Trainee for the Nature's Variety Global Marketing team, who will report to the Global Brand Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting innovation projects, the creation of brand toolkits and marketing content and market research to track brand and competitor performance.

What you will do

• Packaging \& Innovation: co-lead the implementation of product and packaging changes, working with design agencies and the packaging team.
• Toolkit generation: create new marketing materials and brand assets to support innovation launches across markets.
• Content creation: take part in briefing and approving marketing content for social media and website, together with content and communication agencies.
• Market Research: build competitor benchmarks and track brand and competitor performance, analysing data and presenting findings to the team.
• Team support: help prepare internal meetings and presentations, and follow up on Global A\&P purchase orders and invoices, among other tasks of the global marketing department

What we are looking for

• Currently studying a degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
• Strong interest in brand management and FMCG; previous internships in marketing will be a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French will be highly valued.
• Good planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the flexibility to work on multiple projects at once.
• Proactive, action-oriented attitude and the confidence to take ownership.
• Analytical mindset, good communicator and team player.
