About the Role
As a National Care Pathways Coordinator – Regional Support, you will play a key role in coordinating and enhancing Community Health Pathways programmes across the health system. You will work closely with clinical editors, clinical leaders, programme managers, technical writing teams, and subject matter experts to ensure pathways remain evidence-based, practical, and aligned with national healthcare priorities.
This role combines strategic programme coordination with relationship management and quality improvement. You will collaboratively coordinate regional work programmes, support pathway publication and maintenance, manage clinical editor workflows, and identify opportunities for innovation and service improvement. Your work will directly contribute to more connected, efficient, and equitable healthcare delivery for communities across New Zealand.
About the Team and Location
You will join a nationally connected and highly collaborative team focused on supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of Community Health Pathways across Aotearoa. The team works closely with regional health services, clinical networks, and technical writing partners to support high-quality pathway development and clinical engagement.
This position can be based anywhere in New Zealand, offering the opportunity to work within well-established regional health networks while contributing to national healthcare initiatives.
