Long Term Role - Must be able to commit on a long term basis

Pay: From $40 per hour depending on experience

A warm and bubblyfamily based in Kew, VIC is seeking an experienced, reliable and self-driven nanny to become a long-term part of their household. With demanding medical careers and non-standard hours, the family is looking for someone they can deeply trust to care for their children (Aged 8 yrs and 4yrs) and help manage the home with confidence and initiative.

This is a stable and secure role with guaranteed hours and advance roster planning.

Hours Schedule...

Full Time or Part Time Hours Available..

Shifts fall between Mon - Fri

Full Time hours available for 1 nanny (Most weeks being 35 + hours per week) or the role can be split between 2 nannies to cover the week.

• Shifts are typically 8 10 hours. and start at 6.30/7am most days
• Monday - Wednesday full day, Thurs and Fri Split shift days

Some additional on call hours required and and weekend hours fortnightly

Role Overview

This is a comprehensive nanny role including:

• School/pre-school drop-offs and pick-ups
• Transporting children to activities
• Maintaining consistent routines
• Reading support (homework support as needed in future)
• Caring for the youngest child on non pre-school days and when unwell

Household Support

Light household duties are part of the role, including:

• Laundry and ironing
• Changing children s bed sheets weekly (or when required)
• Simple meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and occasional errands
• General tidying to help keep the home running smoothly

The Ideal Nanny

The family is looking for someone who is:

• Experienced, reliable and high-functioning

• Comfortable managing both childcare and household responsibilities
• Open to becoming an extension of the family

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a nanny and proven experience in long term nanny roles
• Childcare qualifications preferred
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to refresh)
• Valid Working With Children s Check
• Confident swimmer (ideal, particularly for water outings)
• Full Drivers licence and own vehicle
